This collection draws on selected food posts in ZDRAVJE OD PRIRODATA. It is an independent adaptation project and does not claim to be the group’s official website. Each translated recipe links to its source. Reuse permission for recipe content was confirmed by the project owner. All food photographs on this site are newly AI-generated editorial illustrations; no photographs from the group are used.

Where a recipe becomes an adaptation

Many community posts list ingredients without quantities or instructions. We label added kitchen measurements, servings and methods as editorial adaptations. These versions have not been kitchen tested. Generated food images illustrate the ingredients and serving idea; they are not photographs of tested dishes. Simple ingredient illustrations accompany the other entries.

What a health-topic match means

Food matches reflect ingredients and general dietary guidance. They do not mean the finished dish was clinically tested, has a calculated nutritional profile or is suitable for every person with the condition. We show sources, limitations and cautions beside the information. The site has not been reviewed by a clinician.

How home remedies are included

Self-care entries are separate from recipes. They describe their purpose, evidence limits, preparation, cautions and when to seek care. The first two entries come from NHS guidance. Personal testimonials and unsupported disease-cure claims are not used as evidence.
